The Central Thailand is made up of 22 provinces and Bangkok is one of them. Geographically, this is Thailand's heartland, extending from Lop Buri in the north and covering the rice bowl of the Central Plains around the Chao Phraya River. The 22 provinces that comprise the Northeast are Ang Thong, Bangkok, Chachoengsao, Chai Nat, Kanchanaburi, Lop Buri, Nakhon Nayok, Nakhon Pathom, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, Phetchaburi, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Prachin Buri, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Ratchaburi, Sa Kaeo ,Samut Prakan, Samut Sakhon, Samut Songkhram, Saraburi, Sing Buri and Suphan Buri.

A chief Buddha image of Ban Amnat Temple, is as old as phra Lao Thep Nimit which was cast in 1961.
Phu Sra Dok Bua National Park
Location: This National Park covers the triple border junction of Mukdahan, Yasothon and Amnat Charoen(Chanuman and Senangkhanikhom).
Awesom-inspiring rocks, meadows of wild flowers and the mountaintop lotus, which the locals calls "Phu Sra Dok Bua" in Thai language.

Tham Saeng Kaew Temple (Wat Tham Saeng Kaew)
Location: Moo 5, Tambon Lao Phruan, Mueang Amnat Charoen, Amnat Charoen
Wat Phra Lao Thep Nimit
Location: Situated on highway 2134, 2 kilometers from Amphoe Phana, Amnat Charoen
This temple has a Lanna-style chapel which houses the principle Buddha image "Phra Lao Thep Nimit" (the most beautiful Buddha image of the Northeast Region, Built in 1972).
 

The Eastern Thailand consist of 4 provinces: Chanthaburi, Chon Buri, Rayong and Trat.

The North consist of 17 provinces: Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Tak, Kamphaeng Phet, Lampang, Lamphun, Mae Hong Son, Nakhon Sawan, Nan, Phayao, Phetchabun, Phichit, Uthai Thani, Phitsanulok, Phrae, Sukhothai, and Uttaradit.

The 19 provinces that comprise the Northeast are Yasothon, Udon Thani, Ubon Ratchathani, Surin, Si Sa Ket, Sakon Nakhon, Roi Et, Nong Khai, Nong Bua Lam Phu, Nakhon Ratchasima, Nakhon Phanom, Mukdahan, Maha Sarakham, Loei, Khon Kaen, Kalasin, Chaiyaphum, Buri Ram and Amnat Charoen.

There are 14 provinces from Chumphon in the north down to the Malaysian border 1,200 kilometres from Bangkok that make up The South. It has a long coastline on either side with sandy beaches and offshore islands on both, and a rugged central hinterland of mountains and forests. The South consist of: Chumphon, Krabi, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Narathiwat, Pattani, Phang nga, Phatthalung, Phuket, Ranong, Satun, Songkhla, Surat Thani, Trang and Yala.
